A 273.54 SqFt space that has a white cyclorama and one corner as a green screen. We are very production friendly. COVID protocols at all times. We have production equipment and HEPA air purifiers available on site. Rental includes: lighting equipment, dressing room, vanity mirror, 2 tables, 2 chairs.

IDEAL USE:

Small video shoots, music videos, commercial shoots, self-tapes, press days, still photography production, podcast recordings, headshot sessions.

REGARDING RENTAL HOURS:

The total time of rental is the time you arrive at the studio to the time you have left the studio. This includes setup time and breakdown. If you are not out of the studio by the end time of your booking, we have to charge for that, and it's done in 1/2 hr increments.

WHITE CYC FLOOR REPAINTING:

If the floor is dirty after your booking we'll charge a $100.00 fee to repaint. Most of the times the floor gets dirty when the production crew doesn't use the shoe covers (booties). This fee is not added until the shoot is done and the crew is completely out of the studio and we can see the final status of the studio floor and walls.
